12 Minutes

200m Row

100m Run

Each person will row the 200m and then immediately run the 100m. The 2nd teammate will begin their row immediately after the 1st teammate finishes their row. The first rower will start their second row immediately after the 3rd teammate finishes rowing.

 

In 5 Minutes

100 Double Unders

Snatch 75/55 for max reps in remaining time

2 Minute Rest

In 4 Minutes

75 Double Unders

Snatch 95/65 for max reps in remaining time

2 Minute Rest

In 3 Minutes

50 Double Unders

Snatch 135/85 for max reps in remaining time
